AIFST 2022 GENERAL MEETING

AIFST GENERAL MEETING 

Notice is hereby given that an AIFST General Meeting will be held on Monday 4 July 2022 commencing at 5:30pm (AEST). 

The General Meeting is open to all financial members of AIFST. The reason for the meeting is to fill the role of President and Chair of the Board.

The AIFST will provide two options for attending the 2022 AIFST AGM, via a Zoom webinar or in person. 

Location: The Roseville Club - 64 Pacific Highway, Roseville, NSW

There will be tea and coffee on arrival from 5.00pm 

Members entitled to vote can do so in either one of two ways: 

1. Before the AGM: 

Nominate your vote on the Direct Voting Form and send to AIFST by 5pm (AEST) on Friday July 1st 2022

2. At the GM: 

Vote at the GM in person or virtually at the GM on 4th July 2022: 

a) Members will be able to vote in person by competing the voting paper that will be provided on arrival at the GM venue.

b) Members will be able to vote via the virtual Zoom platform using the “chat” function in zoom by sending a private chat message to AIFST.

COVID safe measures will be in place at the venue in line with Government recommendations at the time.
