Food Australia 75th Anniversary

This year marks the 75^th anniversary of the establishment of the journal Food Technology Australia, the forerunner of today’s food australia. The first edition was published in August 1949.

From its inception to now, food australia has achieved numerous milestones notably fostering collaboration among food scientists and agri-food industry professionals.
