Overview:
Resilience is at the heart of current supply chain management thinking – building supply chains that can respond quickly to, and recover from disruptions such as we have seen over the past few months is critical.
COVID-19 has thrown up challenges at all points along the food supply chain - the ability of an organization to successfully confront the unforeseen has always been a core element of success. But because the numbers and types of threats that can undermine a supply chain are now greater than ever, resilience has taken on even more significance in supply chain management.
Hear from our panel who have experience along the supply chain about the challenges of COVID-19 and the lessons learned. There will be time for a Q & A and discussion.
