FOCUS ON DAY 4 - FOOD SECURITY, SUSTAINABILITY & FOOD WASTE

Day four of the convention is all about FOOD SECURITY, SUSTAINABILITY & FOOD WASTE.  We have another day of great speakers to round out the convention.  Morning Keynote presentations on food security, food waste and sustainability set the scene for the afternoon sessions. Join us for our panel on the Issues related to the ethics of food. We have bought together an interesting mix of speakers to tackle this topic.  Hear the latest on the activities and achievements of the Fight Food Waste CRC. Gain an insight into the impact of COVID-19 on food security, both  here in Australia and abroad. A case study from the Democratic Republic of Congo showcases the importance of food science. We finish off the day with a look at sustainability - the new normal - continuing to exist.
