Food Safety Week Webinar: Look before you cook - how consumers read the food safety information on food labels.

This Australian Food Safety Week, 9 to 16 November 2024, the Food Safety Information Council is releasing its latest consumer research into how consumers read the food safety information on food labels.

This free webinar will discuss cooking and storage instructions as well as use by and best before dates. We will also compare improvements since we last did this research in 2013. We also have findings about the popularity and usage of air fryers (you’ll be surprised) and if people are finding and following cooking instructions for them.
