An international symposium organised by the School of Science at Western Sydney University Australia in collaboration with School of Agriculture, Food and Ecosystem Sciences (the University of Melbourne), Faculty of Health (University of Canberra), and the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) to celebrate the World Food Safety Day 2024.
