New Product Development (NPD) Workshop 

In partnership with the Chemical Engineering Research Society at University of NSW, we are proud to offer this New Product Development (NPD) Workshop.

Innovative businesses thrive by understanding what their market wants, making smart product improvements, and developing new products that meet and exceed their customers' expectations. 

Businesses need to engage in this process due to changes in consumer preferences, increasing competition and advances in technology or to capitalise on a new opportunity. 

The process of bringing a new product to the marketplace is a team effort and the role of food science and technology is important.

This workshop will cover the following topics relating to NPD:

• Ingredient & Consumer Trends
• Nutrition Trends
• Food Regulation
• Sensory
• NPD Case Study

This half-day workshop will run from 9am - 1pm and includes tea, coffee and juice, Subway sandwiches and cookies.
