Functional Foods and Nutrition Research presents lectures focusing on food security, food sustainability and functional foods development

Professor Stathopoulos and Associate Professor Chockchaisawasdee are Visiting Fellows of the Faculty of Health, University of Canberra (UC) for the period of four weeks.

During their stay, they will work closely on several research projects within the Functional Foods and Nutrition Research (FFNR) Laboratory and also deliver number of educational lectures as well as a professorial lecture.

This event is comprised of two professorial lectures focusing on food security, food sustainability and functional foods development. Anyone within academia, the industry as well as students (undergraduate and postgraduate) with interest in these topics is welcome to attend.
