AIFST Food Safety Auditor Intern Program

Are you interested in a career in food safety auditing and have:

• A minimum Bachelor degree in food science, bio-science, or related discipline;
• A minimum of three years full-time experience in a technical, QA or food safety role in the food industry,
• Can commit to a food safety auditing internship program for two years;

Then you may be interested in the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) project to create a pathway to develop third party food safety auditing as a career of choice for food industry professionals in Australia. 

The key component of the project is a two-year intern program commencing February 2024 to provide training and practical industry experience to food science professionals seeking an auditing career.
