A Masterclass brought to you by AIFST; Seedlab Tasmania and the Centre of Food Safety and Innovation, Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture.
This hybrid (live and on-line) event aims to bring Tasmanian heroes creating interesting fermentations to share their activities and learnings whilst providing an opportunity for participants to learn about equipment and services available. Catering is included in the cost.
