2022 AIFST Summer School - Virtual Event
The AIFST 2022 Summer school will be held on February 9 & 10 as a virtual event for all students. This year USQ is our virtual host university.
The theme for this year is Food Scientists – inventing the future – collaboration & innovation and aims to teach students about how the many disciplines of food science in the agrifood industry of the future and how to prepare to play a role in the enormous growth opportunities of Australia’s food manufacturing sector.
More than 800 students over the past 10 years have attended the AIFST Summer School, coming together for an event that provides an avenue to grow, learn and connect with the Australian food industry.
