Day one of the convention is all about DELIVERING FOOD SAFETY IN A CHANGING WORLD. We have a great line up of international and local speakers presenting on a range of food safety topics.

You have the option to attend in real time and hear the speakers live with opportunities to ask questions in each session. If you are not able to attend all or part of the day, all of the sessions will be recorded and made available to registered delegates following the event.
