The AIFST Queensland Branch is hosting our virtual Talk ‘n’ Trivia night! All AIFST members are invited to attend and there will be prizes available for trivia winners!

We will start the evening at 6:30pm AEST, with everyone dialling in, an explanation of the evening ahead and communications regarding upcoming QLD led events.

At 7pm we will have a talk by Dr Kinnari Shelat from the Australian National Fabrication Facility – Queensland Node (ANFF-Q) about interesting ways to characterise food samples and what you could do with your products using the facility. ANFF-Q is one of the nodes of located within the University of Queensland.

Then on to 7:30pm and the trivia will start! We will have up to 3 rounds of trivia with multiple choice and true/false questions. Prize-winners will be decided by ‘Who am I?’ style questions where needed.
