That’s Amore Cheese is a fine Italian-style cheese producer in Melbourne and leader in the Dairy Industry in Australia. The company’s founder and cheese maker Giorgio Linguanti was the first to introduce some iconic cheeses into the Australian market. 

Our Artisan cheeses are preservative free, artificial colour free and handmade following traditional Italian recipes, using only farm fresh milk, locally sourced in Victoria.

During the virtual tour Giorgio Linguanti will take you behind the scenes of our cheesemaking production, where you will see how day to day operations and how artisan cheese is made.
