Presenter: Tracy Cooper, SeeChange

Overview:

We have now been facing the uncertainty, challenges and impact of COVID -19 for just over a month here in Australia. Many of us have had to change how we work, how we interact, how we service our customers and how we live our lives.

As a result, we are in a different place to where we two months ago. We now know new things and have new skills thanks to this massive unchosen change.

The key is to capture your insights and learnings so you can pivot, adjust and create changes for the months ahead. But there will also be transferrable learnings that you can utilise post the COVID – 19 pandemic and restrictions.  Life won’t the same in the future and you can prepare yourself for that future now.

In this webinar, Tracy will share a practical way to learn from your COVID – 19 experiences using the Action Learning Cycle. She will demonstrate how to structure your thinking and the questions to ask yourself regularly that will enable you to focus on those things you can control to help yourself through this time and to create meaning out of all of this for you.
