Day two of the convention is all about Health, Nutrition and Consumer Science. We have a great line up of international and local speakers presenting on a range of nutrition related topics. Chase waterfalls, hear the latest on seaweed and learn about the post COVID carb revolution and the latest on immunity, brain health and performance. Our colleagues at CSIRO will provide an insight into Food Engineering for Health & Nutrition and the AIFST Sensory Group host an update on Consumer and Sensory Science. Not to be missed!
You have the option to attend in real time and hear the speakers live with opportunities to ask questions in each session. If you are not able to attend all or part of the day, all of the sessions will be recorded and made available to registered delegates following the event.
