The AIFST President's Award 2026

The AIFST President’s Award recognises an individual who has provided exceptional and ongoing support for the Institute.

Congratulations to Martin who was recognised for his exceptional and longstanding support of AIFST.

A Fellow of the Institute, he has contributed extensively to food australia as an author, editor and reviewer, and is well known for his ARC Research Roundup.

As a member of the Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee, convention organiser, chair and judge, Martin has shaped the Institute’s direction.

With over 40 years’ experience, his expertise, generosity and mentorship have been invaluable to AIFST.
