Feeding Tomorrow’s Volunteer Globally program - IFT works with USAID's Farmer-to-Farmer program to fill volunteer assignments requiring food science background.  They are listed on IFT's career page. Currently the assignments are remote.  Volunteers must be US citizens or permanent residents; this is a USAID requirement, not IFT's.
